Debbie Fisher and the importance of innovative marketing

Last week in Barcelona we celebrated – and hosted- the 11th International Symposium of Luxury Real Estate, a meeting of luxury real estate professionals. Almost 40 experts from prestigious agencies around the world met in the city center to know at first-hand the Spanish market by Guifré Homedes, International Manager of luxury to the Amat Group.

In this meeting we met again with Debbie Fisher, owner and Broker-in Charge of Handsome Properties, a company founded in 2008 with a similar history than ours, since in times of crisis it has been able to grow and has triumphed in such a competitive market as the American. With passion and confidence in marketing, the result has been a success for the company, as it has been for us during the strong real estate crisis in Spain.

Marketing is precisely the strongest tool of Handsome Properties, and the one that made the company win the Best Web Award for Luxury Real State some years ago. At that moment, we may say that its strategy, incorporating images and HD videos with interviews to architects, owners and people related to the properties for sale, is very innovative.

For instance, this home in Charleston. An exclusive property, the oldest residence known locally as the “Sword Gate”, built in 1803. This elegant piece has almost 1600 sqm, 9 rooms, 13 complete bathrooms and 3 toilets, and it is one of the most impressive properties with more history of the province. Here you can watch the fantastic video made to market it.

During these days in Barcelona we have been able to strengthen our relationship and take advantage of feedback as much as possible to be able to apply it in our country market.
