Costa Barcelona - Garraf

Cosmopolitan, innovative, with an extensive cultural, sports and leisure range, excellent and varied cuisine, Mediterranean climate and kilometres of beaches to enjoy. All this makes Barcelona and its coast into the most attractive location in Europe for purchasing accommodation, whether as an investment or for you own personal use.
One characteristic common to this entire area is the presence of a growing international community, international schools, excellent infrastructure (El Prat airport, motorway network and city transport), marinas and a high-level range of shopping outlets.

To the north of Barcelona, towns such as Badalona and Mataró offer a high quality of life beside the sea and a wide gastronomic range based on their seafaring tradition.

Next to Barcelona, only 15-20 minutes from Barcelona, lie the localities of Gavà and Castelldefels, which have high-level residential zones. This is the privileged zone chosen as their home by successful professionals (sports stars, artists, business people, etc.) who do not want to forsake an urban life beside the sea.

To the south of Barcelona, 40 kilometres down the coast, is the delightful and picturesque coastal town of Sitges, the “Blanca Subur”, a Latin-based nickname due to its light and the special atmosphere that can be breathed in its streets. With an old quarter and a very beautiful seaside promenade, it reflects the imprint that Modernism left on its houses.
The town is equipped with all the services needed to live in entire comfort all the year round. Currently, 25% of its population is of international origin (with 63% European). The town has seventeen high-quality beaches, eleven of them urban and the rest nestling in cosy little bays close to the town.
Its excellent location, close to Barcelona, and its strong cultural and leisure provision make Sitges a dream place in which to live, and a touristic reference-point within Europe.
