Have you ever need to show and share something you really like it with everyone because you are excited? This is what happened to us with this apartment, a small paradise, which makes us forget that we are close to two important streets in Barcelona. That is why we wanted to make an Open House<\/strong> with Amat Luxury<\/a><\/span> collaborators and thus maximize the potential buyers.<\/p>\n

An Open House consists of showing one property: its characteristics, strengths, ideas to improve it … and sometimes we can have a small vermouth or snack. That\u2019s the best way to our collaborators have first-hand information<\/strong> to explain to customers how the property is<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The hose where we did the Open House has 3 levels with a garden in El Putxet i Farr\u00f3 neighborhood, in Barcelona, in a pedestrian area.<\/p>\n

It consists of 190 sqm in 3 floors, which is accessed through a spiral staircase<\/strong>, and with sun all the day because of its south orientation<\/strong>. The private garden, 132 sqm, is a place where you can feel a lot of calm and tranquility. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of them a suite room with access to a terrace, 4 bathrooms, an open kitchen and a 50 sqm living-dining room with access to the garden. On the lower floor, there is a multipurpose room, currently an office, which could be transformed into another suite room.<\/p>\n
