Finally the chosen project will transform the old concrete ring in a large green area of 140,000 sq where traffic will be diverted underneath giving preference to the pedestrian area. The ultimate goal of this project is to create a second center of the city, after Pla\u00e7a Catalunya, where cultural activities will play an important role. In fact, Las Glorias neighborhood will count within a few hundred meters with the Auditorium, the National Theatre of Catalonia, the Design Hub, The Encants Flea Market, the Agbar Tower and the Glories Mall.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amatluxury.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/glories.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-583\" alt=\"glories\" src=\"https:\/\/www.amatluxury.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/glories-300x225.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Real estate agencies already put an eye on this area since the acquisition of property is still affordable and its value will grow as the evolution of the project. In these moments is a very good time to buy a property at a good price.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Given that the project has an expected duration of about four years, the Council has proposed several temporary uses in order to solve the main shortcomings of public spaces.
