Avui en dia, diria que ell \u00e9s m\u00e9s que un col\u00b7laborador internacional, que \u00e9s un amic. Ell sempre \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de sorprendre a tots nosaltres a cada congr\u00e9s amb les seves espl\u00e8ndides i \u00faniques jaquetes. El 2006, els clients, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;alguns anys, em van conv\u00e8ncer per fer tamb\u00e9 negocis immobiliaris. Aix\u00ed que tinc la sort de estar molt ben recolzat per una gran relaci\u00f3 llarga amb els meus clients. Alguns venen cases i pisos amb el consell i l&#8217;ajuda de la meva empresa. Hi ha qui compra diverses vegades i sempre ens recomana nous clients. <strong>El nostre objectiu no \u00e9s cr\u00e9ixer m\u00e9s de 10 persones a la companyia perqu\u00e8 vull mantenir el contacte amb la meva clientela<\/strong> i seguir el pols de l&#8217;activitat di\u00e0ria. Com que el nostre objectiu no \u00e9s cr\u00e9ixer, el que volem \u00e9s intensificar la nostra xarxa de contactes. Aquesta \u00e9s una prova amb un <em>comprador misteri\u00f3s<\/em> pels comercials de la regi\u00f3 de Viena i van ser seleccionats com un dels 20 millors de 3.800 a la ciutat!<strong> Per a mi \u00e9s molt important per construir una xarxa de seguretat per als meus venedors.<\/strong> Que vull dir amb aix\u00f2? Cal al voltant de 3-5 anys per crear confian\u00e7a amb els comercials estrangers fins que es crea realment un bon negoci. Pel que seria massa tard iniciar activitat internacional quan ve una crisi. Constru\u00efm fortes connexions amb una gran quantitat de bons comercials de tot el m\u00f3n, com tu. Aix\u00ed que, si es produeix una crisi i els compradors locals desapareixen, el mercat cauria i seria immediatament encara m\u00e9s interessant pels compradors internacionals. Qu\u00e8 creus que a la gent li agrada de la ciutat?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M&#8217;encanta Barcelona, des de fa d\u00e8cades. He vist la Sagrada Fam\u00edlia sense sostre i oberta pels 4 costats i despr\u00e9s, en un o dos anys, vaig veure el proc\u00e9s acabat. La Rambla i el mercat de peix s\u00f3n fascinants sempre. Des de que es va construir l&#8217;Hotel W, em quedo all\u00e0 quan vaig a Barcelona. M&#8217;encanten els bars de tapes, les botigues de disseny als petits carrers, la gent amable, els bars musicals al port i la part inferior de la Rambla i els festivals als carrers. Recordo molt b\u00e9 caminar pel carrer al novembre amb 17 graus a les 10 de la nit i els carrers plens de gent feli\u00e7 anant a sopar i despr\u00e9s a ballar o per desconnectar. Durant el dia poder relaxar-se a la platja o gaudir d&#8217;un caf\u00e8. Tamb\u00e9 he assistit a quantitat de galeries i al mar \u00e9s un lloc per estar. <strong>Barcelona, \u200b\u200bcombina els avantatges d&#8217;un gran lloc de vacances amb ser una de les principals ciutats m\u00e9s vibrants del m\u00f3n<\/strong>.
